this is a privately held llc which allows me to work as a consultant to land developers and contractors that require assistance on a short term and project specific basis. our emphasis is on construction project management and land development management. we preform estimating and bid preparation, engineering and specification review including due diligence. coordination of soils reports and the necessary information to procure contractors to preform land development work for clients. close working relationships with regulatory agencies and inspectors to insure compliance. we also preform value engineering, assisting owners with entitlements, representation and discussions with the planning and zoning agencies. we've secured and successfully preformed numerous state, federal and municipal government contracts through the small business procurement program. management of our 153 acre family farm. this requires a small time commitment as i only raise corn and soy beans. they are sewn ove
