east parish housing ministry is an ecumenical, independent, non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation dedicated to expressing god’s love in service to our neighbors, assisting them to fulfill the basic human needs of healthy food, warm shelter, and decent clothing, all in friendly, confidential, respectful and dignified way. we strive to serve our communities with compassion, equity and honesty. we are committed to treating our client-homeowners with respect and dignity, and without judgment or any form of bias or discrimination. we believe that to be a valid expression of god’s love, our ministry must reach out to all, conditioned only on their need. the ten volunteer directors on the ephm board are themselves local, everyday folks who live, work, worship and study in the communities we serve. they range in age from early 20’s to the retirement years, and bring to ephm a range of skills, gifts and life experiences. the board meets monthly throughout the year to provide oversight to ephm’s miss
