East Side Aligned

east side aligned brings people together to create the conditions for young people to thrive within greater east st. louis. after operating as an initiative for 8 years, east side aligned, the organization, was formed to sustain the work of strengthening community collaboration to facilitate systems transformation with and for young people. our role is to: connect: we connect people, organizations, resources across geographies, sectors, and systems to work collaboratively toward change. build: we build individual, organizational, collaborative, and community capacity to transform inequitable conditions. amplify: we amplify the people, organizations, and efforts advancing equity, justice, and well-being with and for young people.
