etcr is an incorporated business that evolved from the founder’s historical activities in pharmaceutical development research as a faculty member at the university of tennessee college of veterinary medicine. during 14 years at u.t., dr. reinemeyer served as a clinical investigator or study director on numerous trials to evaluate the efficacy and safety of anthelmintics and endectocides in horses, cattle, swine, goats, dogs, and cats. he also directed pivotal milk and tissue residue studies with food animals. in 1997, dr. reinemeyer decided to leave academia to pursue more diverse opportunities in pharmaceutical development. during the past 16 years, east tennessee clinical research has acquired research facilities through purchase and construction, expanded our staff with highly trained and dedicated personnel, and solidified our relationships with various professional resources. as a direct result of our efforts, etcr can offer the expertise, facilities, and trained personnel to me
