East Troy Brewery Co.

east troy brewery will be located in a historic building on the historic east troy square and will be financed by a group of local investors who are passionate about east troy (and craft beer.) the building dates back to 1892 when it opened as a bank which was remodeled and expanded over the years. we would like to keep the history of the building alive in displays (mini museum) and design, plus safety deposit boxes in our beautiful vault room dating back to the late 1800's. the brewing system will be visible in part of the dining room area as well as in the south windows that face the square. we will have at least one brew produced with locally sourced ingredients and our kitchen will feature locally sourced delicious and creative menu items.
