Eastbound Studio

newly built open concept space for photo or film production needs or event space. the studio has a large 3 wall cyclorama with a large production space that includes a kitchen, two makeup/hair stations, two bathroom and conference/countertop seating space. must be under 15 people to rent just this space. must add on additional spaces for more people because more bathrooms. there is a separate attached preproduction/green/lounge room with kitchen, private changing room and bathroom. the wall between this space and main studio does not go all the way to ceiling. there is also an office/conference room that has a window that looks into the studio and has a separate entrance and restroom. it also has a mounted tv and its own door out of studio.
