plt and the idea of combining coaching with other forms of therapy is supported by the fact that we are all, in some way, affected by our own personal experiences and the environment we are in at the time. it doesn't necessarily mean that we should be looking for negative experiences, in fact quite the opposite. achieving our full potential is all about using the skills we have developed over our lives and using them to achieve new personal goals, which is where coaching often helps, but sometimes we can't access all the wonderful skills we have, because of the clutter in the way and this is where the therapy provides the necessary support. the result is a clearer and easier path towards achieving those personal goals.
