Eastern Partnership Territorial Cooperation Support Programme

the eastern partnership territorial cooperation support programme is a three year project financed by the european commission in the framework of the eastern partnership programmes and strategies. the project is implemented by an international consortium led by the spanish firm altair asesores. territorial cooperation programmes open an opportunity for eastern partnership countries to identify and jointly address common challenges in their border regions towards sustainable economic and social development at local level. eaptc comprises four territorial cooperation programmes: armenia – georgia, azerbaijan – georgia, belarus - ukraine and moldova - ukraine. the programme aims at supporting potential beneficiaries, which are state and/or non-state actors in applying, and implementing grants that aim at the economic and social development of border regions. eligible areas: armenia-georgia territorial cooperation programme: tavush, lori, shirak (am), kvemo kartli, samtskhe javekheti (geo)
