Eastern Connecticut Ballet

now in our 27th season, eastern connecticut ballet is one of the state’s premier dance schools. classes are offered for ages 3 through pre-professional and adult. under the direction of executive director & founder lise reardon, artistic director gloria govrin, and director of children's programming damara bennett, ecb offers a curriculum that emphasizes strong classical ballet technique and balanchine© training. the school provides a quality dance education that lays a foundation for students to reach their full potential. an emphasis is also placed upon developing an appreciation of dance in our communities. live performances, like “the nutcracker” at the garde arts center in new london, bring joy and inspiration to thousands every year.
