student/athlete development program a full day of education, athletics, sports and technology, east prep is the most comprehensive student/athlete program in the region. daily sessions of flexibility and fitness, to improve overall athletic development, is complimented by sport specific skills training and multisport opportunities. each student/athlete will have their own individual development and education plan to follow throughout the day, with an opportunity for pro-social games and activities with a like minded peer group. with several campuses and training facilities available, each one of our east prep student/athletes will have regular access to gym time to improve their individual and team skillsets. locations for training, development and identification include, pickering. ajax, whitby, oshawa, courtice, maplegrove, bowmanville, newcastle, peterborough and belleville. what makes east prep unique what makes our program unique from most is that we are not directly affiliated w
