founded by the laura deleon spence & members of the deleon family who own/operate the restaurant, rosewood, along with a meal kit membership service called rosebud located in east austin. the family utilizes the restaurant's infrastructure and supply chain to benefit rea. rosebud eastside alliance (rea) is 501(c)(3) non profit organization. we are not foodbank, but rather a "meal kit" service that provides the freshest local meal kits to families for preparation in their homes. a fresh, homecooked family dinner of the highest quality east austin is a vibrant, eclectic & diverse community. rea is engaged with local schools and community activists in east austin to partner with families who would benefit most from meal kit services
