i started this company because i was frustrated with dismal caregiving options available to special needs households in our community. after conducting market research, i discovered that there is a critical need for caregiving services to households with special needs children. everywhere i inquired and told my story, from nursing staff to aba therapists, and other special needs families i heard the same story and in my frustration and desperation, i decided to do something about it to be able to alleviate that same frustration for others families in our community. the two women who raised me were career rns. one was my great-grandmother who was a wwii or rn, the other was my mother who was an icu cardiac rn. my mother ran a staffing agency and that's where i cut my teeth in hr. i decided to use my hr background, talent acquisition, personal and project management experience to open eastside family caregiving agencies to give families and caregivers a first-rate caregiving service w
