eastside nurse aide training (enat) is committed to provide and promote a positive image of nursing in all interactions. it is owned and operated by a registered nurse (rn, bsn) with over 36 years’ experience in pediatric, neonatal, maternal-infant, home health, school nursing & nursing education; and who has been actively and continuously licensed since 1983, from 1989 to the present in washington state. our owner began teaching registered nurse (rn) and nurse aide (cna) students in 2012, and has been a lecturer, skills lab coordinator and clinical instructor for both nurse aide and registered nursing students. most recently, as the coordinator and lead instructor of a local college-level cna (certified nursing assistant) program, the student pass rate on the wa state certification exams was raised from 52% to 100% in one term. in 2015, our owner became trained as a wa state nurse aide evaluator (nae). as an evaluator, and qa (quality assurance) auditor for testing facilities in
