east soccer base/ london soccer base is a community sports organisation which was formed by youth workers and coaches with a sole aim to deliver social change to disadvantaged children/young people whilst using sports as a tool. esb/lsb started off within the london boroughs of newham and towerhamlets but has now grown to cater for north, south and west london boroughs. football based social inclusion projects play a big part in esb daily activities with different training programmes and talent identification activities available to all members from different backgrounds, races and cultures. esb work expands beyond sports to offer life skills, mentoring, employment advice, education, health and lifestyle, care support,help for young offenders,mental health, family resetlement, esb holds strong working relationships with schools, districts and county teams, recruitment companies, football clubs, local authorities etc. esb/lsb continues to connect with organisations and tr
