founded in 2003 by two cpa firm partners and successful entrepreneurs, easy access is based in south bend, indiana and has invested significant time and money to develop the software and services used to provide our accounts payable automation solutions. our clients range from mid-sized entities, universities, all the way to fortune 500 companies. we use tech solutions to enhance the productivity of our clients ap process: -replacing paper invoices with electronic invoices -providing customized automated workflows to electronically route and approve invoices -designing and implementing vendor portals to display payment information the foundation of easyaccess' strength lies in our ability to receive invoice files, as well as paper and pdf images of invoices, created by any accounting system. we extract all the data including the line items details from those invoices, then the data and images are imported into an ea website that is customized to follow the po matching and approval rule
