eat me ice cream is a small batch, craft ice creamery in upstate, ny. eat me creates superior ice cream (both in local dairy and dairy-free coconut milk) that aims to dare, inspire, and delight the senses with each lick. eat me is the custom craft brewery of the ice cream world, capturing and distilling the seasonal flavors of upstate, ny. co-owners catelyn augustine and amber odhner launched eat me in july 2011. eat me has created and defined the artisanal, small batch ice cream market in rochester, ny with three lines of production: custom ice cream for restaurants, a retail line for farmer’s markets and regional grocery stores and direct sales catering public and private events throughout rochester and the finger lakes with custom ice cream trikes.
