i spend my time consulting to business start-ups, as well as established businesses wanting to take things to the "next level". i'm most interested in using technology and systems to expand a business, particularly online tech. mcdonalds don't sell burgers, they sell a system. with the right technology and systems in place, less human resources are required, and your marketing efforts can be refined, and reproduced quickly. i have vast, hands-on experience in online marketing, from research and planning right down to coding, link-building, graphic design, etc.
