i provide sound nutrition advice and counselling to clients wishing to live healthier and manage their weight. i have a level 3 advanced nutrition diploma with specialist knowledge in sports nutrition, pre- and post- natal nutrition, childhood nutrition & obesity prevention. i have experience working with clients on an 8 week weight management programme, whereby i have had great results with all of my clients achieving their goals, whether they wanted to loose, gain or maintain weight. i have worked with amateur athletes helping improve their sport performance through nutritional behaviour change coaching and feeding strategies. the principles i teach are sustainable and effective. i also provide inspiration for anyone following a gluten & lacto free, modified fodmap lifestyle; a lifestyle and diet individuals have to follow with certain medical conditions such as myself. i have written, produced and published four recipe ebooks. i review suitable free from products and restaurants, as
