welcome to eat right (er). we are a brand new meal-prep service opening in oxford. a healthy, well balanced, fresh diet containing plenty of nutrition and vitamins is every man, woman and child’s human right, and giving the body what it needs in the right amounts is vital in order to thrive, to feel good, to be nourished, to be energised. we will be providing you with two options, either ready made meals with our menu showing both our available meals, as well as detailed information on the nutritional values & benefits of that meal. alternatively, you can choose to order the ingredients which will always be fresh, and an easy-to-follow recipe if you want it. this will allow you to plan your meals around your own personal timetable, ordering ready made meals for busy days, and ingredients on days where you have spare time to get creative in the kitchen!
