eaty started as an in-home meal prep service to help customers connect with local chefs who pick up groceries, cook or prep meals in the customer’s kitchen, and leave the kitchen spotless. our service provides convenience, and ultimate ingredient transparency for those of us battling food allergies. the platform enables chefs to market their services as personal health and wellness consultants to customers looking for advice and recommendations on how to eat well. since covid, we have put further development of the app on hold, as the pandemic continues to drastically change the way eaters engage with food. we are focused now on using the capital we have raised to invest in entrepreneurs and companies leveraging technology to flourish within the evolving retail, commercial, and social realities of the post-pandemic world. our current investments span enterprise software, restaurant services, cannabis, social media, real estate, and healthcare.
