ebamed (external beam ablation medical devices) develops innovative solutions for non-invasive and automated treatment of heart arrhythmias by using proton beams (external beam ablation). the proton beam mimics the effect of an invasive manual catheter procedure requiring many hours from specialized staff. our innovation with respect to presently available proton beam treatment is better accuracy in targeting a location in a beating heart. we aim to make the treatment of arrhythmias safe and effective with minimum discomfort for the patients (over 350k yearly worldwide). we are at the geneus incubator space at the campus biotech innovation park and are sponsored by fongit.
