i am a life strategist, change specialist. i help individuals evolve after major tragedy and loss. i was born and raised in gainesville, fl. but have lived in three different states. with over 10 years of experience in fitness and communication industry, i have impacted lives all across the country. my mission is to inspire, empower and transform lives through character development and building consistency. character development and growth is something i take pride in. in order for one to grow they must first acknowledge where they are. i enjoy reading and continuing to educate myself on how to transform my life by first transforming my mind. through various of books on communication, masterclasses and my degrees i have gained insight that has allowed me to grow and evolve with time. my specialties include changing lives through mentorship, teaching how to establish boundaries and learning how to effectively communicate with others. after facing various traumas throughout my life
