Ebrd Russian Sustainable Energy Finance Facility (Ruseff)

the ruseff credit facility is developed by the european bank for reconstruction and development (ebrd) and is specifically dedicated to energy saving and renewable energy investment investments. the free-of-charge technical assistance provided is financed by the german federal ministry for the environment, nature conservation and nuclear safety, international climate initiative and the ebrd shareholder special fund. we provide simple access to finance with two options: -a loan request which is combined with your equipment selection; -a loan request for your freely chosen modernization where ruseff validate the future energy savings.
