echom connects residents and property managers by giving them the tools to co-operate and unlock the potential of property management as a force to build stronger communities. the project started as a response to the grenfell fire with the ambition to meet the need for residents to have more control over their homes and the community’s governance, and landlords to have better relationships with their tenants and a better understanding of their consumers. this project received the support of shelter uk and grenfell united.
