eclipse foods makes plant-based milk that is indistinguishable from conventional dairy, in taste, texture and functionality. our products are made without soy, nuts, coconut, gluten, gmo’s, gums or stabilizers, making them free from all common allergens and much cleaner than other products. we were recently on the front page of cnn (and in sf chronicle, forbes, etc.) and our ice cream is already available in the top ice cream shops in the country including oddfellows and humphrey slocombe.
