Eclypse Performance

athletes come to me when they want to tap into their unlimited potential. being an athlete can be stressful, there is sometimes a lot of pressure and this can lead to stress, negative mental chatter, poor sleep which creates poor performances in all areas of the athletes life. i draw upon my expertise and experiences to show the athlete how to create positive supportive mental chatter, reduce stress, improve sleep and confidence which leads to a happier and healthier athlete that is now performing at the pinnacle of their potential.
