established in 2007, ecm engineering began as a project management partner with brookfield multiplex and hastie australia to deliver a $12m design and construct contract to upgrade all main building services of the iconic american express building including hvac, fire, bms, electrical and cctv to achieve a 5 green star rating compliance. from 2009-2010 ecm engineering were engaged to construct 5 multi level school buildings under the government funded building education revolution scheme, within the lend lease allocated precinct. scope included: - all excavation works - supply and installation of reo, formwork and pouring of main concrete slabs, footings, stressed slabs, footpaths and driveways - drilling and pouring of concrete piers and piles - supply and installation of structural steel framework, brick and blockwork, timber roof trusses and roof tiles - supply and installation of electrical and air conditioning services in 2011 ecm engineering expanded into the wireless telecomm
