ecm equity capital management, manager of the german equity partners (gep) funds, is one of the most established independent private equity firms in german-speaking europe. we have been investing in medium-sized companies since 1995. we invest in successful business models and strong management teams, regardless of the sector. we specialise in ownership successions and corporate spin-offs in the medium-sized market segment and supporting growth is a central element. we are focused on majority investments in companies that are leaders in their respective niche. in addition to capital and extensive experience, we provide an entrepreneurial spirit paired with personal commitment – for each and every investment. the gep i–iv funds with a total volume of €685m have invested in 35 companies and add-ons to date. currently, we are investing our fourth fund gep iv with equity commitments of €230m. capital is provided by a broad base of established institutional investors with a long-term invest
