eco-luxury villa. situated on the slope of a hill with a sea view, near the village of makri -alexandroupolis. set in a mature olive grove of 12000 m2 estate. the distance from the coast is 600 meters. on the site of a hill overlooking the sea, south. our villa is the first eco-house in greece and has been converted into unique holiday accommodation, while design influences from ancient greece houses. the villa’s layout creates a sense of relaxed privacy. enclosed and open spaces draw you into the villa, cocooning you in a feeling of outside yet inside. ideal to accommodate up to 9 guests. it consists 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, two bathrooms with wc. an open-plan living room with 3 sofas, a dining area for 8 people and an equipped kitchen. the large hallway leads to the master bedroom, with its fantastic sea view, with the queen-size bed (180cm), a large built-in wardrobe. the second bedroom has a double bed. the third has two single beds and the fourth bedroom a single bed and
