eco blue was born as a concept in 2010, with the intent to provide sustainability solutions for the packaging industry. extensive research was conducted with the help of senior academicians from the field of polymer science at various research institutions and universities. the trials were then scaled up to commercial level through various industry partnerships across the world. thus drawing from the experience and expertise of research bodies and professionals from the plastic processing industry, ecoblue ltd was formed in 2012. ecoblue’s first plant in the rayong province of thailand, commenced commercial production in november 2013. currently, ecoblue manufactures near-virgin quality & specialty grade pp & pet chips from industrial waste.
