even though we will always have the flexibility to build any home or building to our customers’ specifications, we have 30 years of building and remodeling green, energy efficient structures and prefer to stay on that path. in our base new construction design, we incorporate "smart" technology to increase convenience or, at an additional cost, customize a more extensive "smart" program for you. we also believe the next major change in the building industry will be to move away from stick built and long standing conventional construction methods to prefabricated modular construction. we see this in the airline and shipping industry and it is growing in popularity in the us, as well as the rest of the world. we are not only talking about some futuristic home placed in a traditional neighborhood. we have models and designs that blend well in the area you want to live or work. modular construction will provide better building costs and energy savings than a conventional home or office.
