we think it's pretty simple -- money matters. it matters to our clients, and it matters to our talent. we have found that top talent is just as price sensitive, if not more than, our top clients. we have built a digital company to get out of the way and let supply and demand solve the talent problem. times are changing, so we built a business in the cloud. don't get us wrong, there are some things that don't change. there is a lot of hard work that happens behind the scenes. cultivating a ready talent supply requires substantial financial and time investments, and most importantly, good old fashioned grit. but it does not require huge investments in things that don't create value for our clients or our talent.
