hrdc contributes to the achievement of one of the main strategic goals of labour market and employment policy in slovenia. development of social partnership with the purpose of employment improvement and increasing investments in human resources is reached by linking all social partners through hrdc. hrdc is an expert institution for development and training of human resources on the regional level. eighteen local communities joined to hrdc as partners and combine their interest and sources. the hrdc's partners are also chamber of commerce and industry, craft chamber, national employment service, trade unions, some ministries on national level.
