economic research centre (erc) is a non profit company. since 1992 erc is operating as a research institution carrying out its original projects and as a consulting company working for domestic and foreign companies and institutions. erc maintains relations with various lithuanian governmental and municipal institutions, regional and national business and industry organisations. erc also has a working relationship with research institutions and consultancy companies in latvia, estonia, belarus, azerbaijan and other countries. main areas of our activities are social-economic research, development of public infrastructure (feasibility studies), local and regional development (strategies, capacity building, establishment of partnerships and local participation, etc.), technical assistance projects, organisation of events.
