ecopsychology africa offer bespoke wildlife and wilderness retreats into africa. our retreats are unique in that they bridge the gap between ecology and psychology, between humanity and our relationship with the earth. the focus is on the interconnectedness of life, altering consciousness in a natural way allowing new insights into our own awareness. our goal is to utilise nature and wilderness as a medium to integrate body, mind and soul in a therapeutic way. training in meditation is provided to facilitate and enhance this process. each ecopsychology africa retreat is carefully planned and on average caters for small groups of between 8 and 10 people at a time which enhances the intimacy and overall experience. in the 20 years that we have been organising our bespoke ecopsychology africa retreats, we have travelled to many places including the sacred venda region of south africa, the okavango delta and khwai river in botswana and the zambezi region of zambia. local communities are
