the eco-soap bank is a humanitarian and environmental organization working to improve health and hygiene in cambodia. our primary program is soap recycling where we collect millions of used soap bars generated from the hotel and tourism industries in four cambodian cities, sanitize and remold the soap bars, before redistributing to vulnerable rural communities which lack basic hygiene and sanitation. soap is distributed to schools, health clinics, organizations, and hospitals all over the country along with professional hygiene education designed to impart a positive shift in hygiene behavior to prevent illness and the spread of disease. visit www.ecosoapbank.org for more information.
