the eco terra fund was established to raise capital for direct investment in projects that support environmentally sustainable development while providing financial return for investors. we work with landowners to help them sustainably develop the land or properly place a permanent conservation restriction, thus preserving resources and habitats. although many believe you cannot combine financial gain with helping the environment, we beg to differ. our goal is to merge the two concepts by attracting interested parties to participate in an environmentally-balanced and financially-viable land ownership, development, and conservation approach.
