ecquo environmental solutions is a non-profit organization that focuses on the enhancement of the natural environment, advocating environmental awareness and sustainability, and increasing educational advancement of students in the natural sciences and related studies. the name ‘ecquo’ is derived from a combination of ‘eco’ and ‘equal’ – eco representing ecology and equal as fairness for all. ecquo environmental solutions develops leaders, promotes sustainability and environmental awareness, while providing service and advocacy for the long beach community. the objectives of ecquo environmental solutions shall be: to stimulate awareness and involvement in environmental justice related issues, to prepare members of the long beach community for the greatest and usefulness in the causes of humanity, environmental protection and preservation, and to aid down-trodden humanity in its efforts to achieve higher social, economic and intellectual status.
