ectarc is considered one of the uk's leading organisations in international mobility. our main area of focus is the eu's lifelong learning programme which includes leonardo da vinci and erasmus. through these programmes we provide voluntary long and short term, full-time work placements for companies and businesses throughout wales. with our partners in germany, france, spain, italy, hungary and denmark we receive and send an average of 450 participants on a range of eu-funded programmes and together we are able to offer an extensive variety of learning and training opportunities.
