the new ed4work award in information management will assure organisations that their staff, and those of outsourcing partners, have the knowledge and competence to handle personal data, supporting legal compliance, reducing information risk and upholding the rights of individuals. our course has a core focus on data privacy and information risk. learners will gain a grounding in how good information management can enhance organisational effectiveness, and how an organisation’s information assets can be harnessed to create value. learners will also understand the potential of big data in the work context.
