edco food products is a producer of pepper and pickle products for use in the food manufacturing and foodservice industry. quality products have led our growth over the past 20 years. we adhere to the highest quality standards and meet all fda regulations for our products. high quality with minimal waste has led to efficiencies for our customers. edco's origins can be traced back to the the w.e. riley company, which was founded in 1933. james manning purchased the company in 1988 and changed the name to edco food products, inc. in 1992, mr. manning opened our state-of-the-art factory in chihuahua, mexico, recognizing that the raw material quality could be improved by having our factory located closer to the growers. due to our location, we shorten the holding time of raw product to bring fresher, brighter colored finished product to the end-user. we distribute our products economically throughout the world with customers located in the united states, canada, central america, southwest
