Eden Brew

we emulate the dairy experience, without the cow. animal-free dairy that’s good for people and the planet. eden brew was formed under main sequence’s venture science model, which starts by identifying a global challenge and brings together science and industry to solve it. we are also backed by australia’s largest dairy co-operative norco and csiro. eden brew was created to help build a sustainable food future by creating a dairy solution that is environmentally sustainable and less resource-intensive. using science from csiro, eden brew has found a way to produce the same proteins found in cow’s milk using precision fermentation, essentially enabling us to ‘brew’ our milk.
