eden partners is a new york city based, globally focused financing firm that facilitates the flow of capital to investments. we specialize in fundraising and strategic advisory services to real estate developers and both private and public companies. the markets are filled with two types of people: capital users - high quality principals with vetted capital needs offering attractive risk and return profiles. capital providers – accredited investors | funders | lenders looking to deploy capital outside of the traditional investment mixed bag of debt and equity. we see capital users and providers as necessary counterparties, each seeking to work only with the highest grade principals. the problem that we solve is that the quality people on each side of the table rarely know more than one or two exceptional counterparts. the principals of eden partners each have levered our personal and professional networks to create an expanding platform of top-tier capital users and providers.
