edengen is a value-orientated investment organization with a flexible mandate. we look for and invest in established companies which we believe are undervalued in their current form, have good prospects and are typically overlooked or under-appreciated by other investors. our investment duration, percentage ownership interest, deal structure and level of strategic and operational involvement are determined and reviewed on a case by case basis, not preordained based on what is most convenient for us. if required, we have the expertise, experience and capabilities to support our investee companies in defining, refining and delivering their long-term objectives and priority actions to create lasting value. fair treatment and consideration of all stakeholders including paying and non-paying customers, suppliers, society, the environment, employees, pensioners and capital providers is an important part of what we do. maintaining long-term trusted partnerships, diligent and effective ri
