edge cycle is one of the biggest dedicated cycling studios in the uk. with fantastic sound and lighting, the best bikes on the market, air conditioning, and showering and changing facilities, we are proud of what we have created. our spacious studio allows you the room to breathe and work out without ever getting into someone else’s face! we have great instructors to motivate and help you, whatever your fitness level. they all believe that exercise should be fun – and their specifically designed programmes with banging soundtracks deliver just that! with classes that last 35, 45 or 60 minutes – and start times from 7am to 7pm – at edge cycle we can tailor your work-out to fit with your lifestyle. and we can look after different fitness levels in the same classes – our instructors will always make sure that you’re not overdoing it (or slacking).
