the creation of edgecore real estate group evolved from our decades of professional experience as landlords of high-quality commercial real estate assets in southern california. as such, we were constantly searching for the optimal operating partner; a third-party manager that understood the ownership perspective, where the focus was on value enhancement, not merely maintaining the status quo. the right balance of owner focus and third-party flexibility was never found. the drive to fill this void is the basis upon which edgecore was founded. edgecore real estate group is a full service real estate advisory group. services include: property management, construction/project management, asset management, leasing & marketing, acquisitions/dispositions, due diligence and financial reporting, all from an ownership perspective.
