we lead projects programming latest allen bradley controllogix and compactlogix plcs, factorytalk view me and se hmis, powerflex drives, kinetix motion control, and allen bradley legacy products. experienced with siemens, wincc, ifix, and wonderware. most projects’ scopes included creating new plc/hmi code, configuring i/o, starting up equipment, and final commissioning. successful start-ups in various industries and manufacturing settings located in north and south america and europe in addition, we create custom oee packages using excel and a sql database that interact with the plc. provide reports and data analysis which allow plants to reduce waste and eliminate reoccurring failures. successful oee projects include:  increased lysol wipes production from 8,000 cases to 12,000 cases per shift.  doubled electrasol production from 250k tabs to over 500k tabs per shift.  increase pick-and-place output from 13k parts to over 17k parts per shift
