in 2003,the imbuto foundation founded by the first lady of rwanda initiated a scholarship project known as edified generation with an objective to financially support secondary school students from economically vulnerable backgrounds in their pursuit of education.then, in 2016, former beneficiaries of edified generation project came together, determined to give back to the community.thus, they set up an non-governmental organization; it was the beginning of edified generation rwanda
