we are a newly refurbished restaurant based in edinbane, isle of skye. based in a 500 year old hunting lodge offering a ten course tasting menu in our restaurant, head chef, calum montgomery leads a team to create and "showcase the very best fresh seafood, game and vegetables that skye has to offer." our front of house is headed up by restaurant manager, john grant who has a wealth of experience in hospitality management, having worked in london for 5 years. if you are experienced in hospitality with a vibrancy for fantastic service and an interest in food and drink, get in touch with us to see what opportunities we have for you. we are currently recruiting for a team to start spring 2019 across the restaurant, back of house operations and rooms.
