we offer a personal service which involves sourcing and advising on the purchasing of property. we work mainly in and around edinburgh dealing with residential properties but have previously offered a bespoke service for certain individuals outwith this agenda. we offer advice on the selling tactics of residential property on a consultancy basis and by linking in with referred selling agents. we are managers of a portfolio of rental properties which are mainly 4 bedroom plus properties where we secure tennants on a set up only basis or on a full management scheme.
